The pools were enjoyable, and the food at the Landshark featured nice regional products. However, many restaurant staff members appeared unfriendly, which detracted from the overall atmosphere of the resort. Although housekeeping was attentive, the busy time of year made some areas feel less clean than expected.

We stayed here for three nights and loved how close we were to both the Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park, just steps away, and the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks State Park, which was only about 4 km away, making it perfect for our walks and explorations. although we found some amenities a bit pricey, it didn’t overshadow our memorable family getaway.

Our stay was a delightful blend of relaxation and recreation. The resort is conveniently packed with activities and amenities. Staff friendliness was a highlight. Yet, navigating the sprawling property proved a challenge without adequate maps. While our experience was positive overall, ensure you ask for directions upon arrival to avoid confusion!

The indoor water park was awesome with thrilling slides for the kids. Our room had a great lake view, and we enjoyed the vibrant tropical decor. The shuttles made getting around super easy, and the spa facilities were a nice touch for relaxation. Dinner at JB's Boathouse had a cool vibe and tasty dishes.

I wouldn't recommend for families

Kids had a great time at the water park and staff was very accommodating with extra chairs for our suite when we asked, no issues there.

It sure wasn’t cheap, like $250 a night for this mess.

Fun Family Getaway with Friendly Staff!

We enjoyed our stay for two nights in a cozy room. The service stood out. when our little one fell ill, the staff promptly provided fresh bedding. The onsite restaurant had excellent nachos, perfect for late-night cravings. Be aware of the loud music—bring earplugs for a restful night!

Great shuttles and clean rooms, but slow Wi-Fi in the evenings.

I loved the vibrant tropical decor and beautiful views of the lake. The accessibility features made it easy for me to enjoy the common areas, including the lovely walking paths and convenient shuttle service throughout the resort.

More signage for directions would be helpful.

We had an awesome group trip! The indoor waterpark was a hit with the kids, and the full-service marina offered amazing water sports fun. The Landshark bar had good drinks, and we truly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. Perfect for a memorable getaway with friends!

However, the bed sheets weren't comfortable at all. They scratched me up and made it hard to sleep well. I really expected better for the price.

Families should think twice

The horseback riding was really good. My daughter rode an adorable pony and they took excellent care of them.

It sure wasn't cheap but what we got was still acceptable.

I had a pretty good time at Margaritaville Lake Resort. The indoor water park was a huge hit with the kids, giving us hours of fun. The walking paths around the lake were beautiful, and I loved the vibrant tropical decor throughout the resort. There were nice views of the lake that made for a relaxing atmosphere. The shuttle service made getting around easy, but more signage for directions would have helped. The bed in our room wasn’t very comfortable. the sheets felt rough and didn’t allow for a good night’s sleep. Even with that, we still enjoyed our time and would consider returning.

The highlight was definitely the indoor waterpark! Just wish the elevators worked better. one was out during our stay.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the beautiful lake views from our room and the relaxing massages at the spa. The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. However, the bathrooms could use a little more cleaning attention, but it didn't stop us from having a great time! 😊
